Boiler Sequencers
Multi-Boiler Cascade Management
A boiler sequencer, sometimes called a step controller, is a control device used on multi‑boiler heating systems to manage how and when each boiler operates. Instead of running all boilers together every time there is demand, the sequencer stages the boilers in a controlled way. This improves efficiency, balances run hours across the plant, and reduces wear and maintenance over the life of the installation.
These boiler sequencers are designed for commercial and larger domestic systems using two or three boilers, where reliability, efficiency, and even load-sharing are critical.
